This consultative process usually unfolds over a series of
meetings:

At the discovery meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn more about
our firm and meet our team of financial specialists. After meeting with
the members of our team and gaining an understanding of our firm’s services
and capabilities, we move to the most important part of the meeting:
listening to you, answering your questions and understanding your goals.
At the preliminary investment plan
meeting, we will take the information provided in the first meeting and
recommend an asset allocation that is uniquely suited for your portfolio.
We will also review the investment policy statement which formally
describes the investment philosophy and strategies that guide our asset
management process.
At the investment plan implementation
meeting, we will present our investment recommendations, explain why we like
them, and show how they are aligned with the client’s overall objectives.
At the initial progress meeting, we will
guide you through the electronic & print resources available to you as a
client, including electronic account access, quarterly performance reports,
and monthly investment letters.
At the regular progress meetings,
typically held quarterly, we will report the progress you’re making
toward achieving your goals and discuss any important changes in your life
that might call for an adjustment to your investment plan.
